Any cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the booking otherwise a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost will be charged. All cancellations are subject to a minimum admin charge to cover credit card charges.

For online bookings, credit card details are securely encrypted and payment will be taken by Nat West Streamline. For bookings taken over the telephone, credit card details are entered into our online booking system and are immediately encrypted and not stored on our system.

Late arrivals (after 10pm) will be subject to a fee. Please call us to discuss your requirements.

We are now VAT registered so please add 20 % to all new bookings.
